Refund Policy
Returns
All draft images will be sent to you for approval and confirmation of your choice of Iris effects and wall art, prior to being sent off for printing. Therefore, ‘EyeCandy’ Iris Photography have a no refund policy in place, due to each product being customized and tailored specifically to you.
Damages and issues
In the unlikely event of damage to your product during delivery, we suggest that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We would recommend sending us photos of the damage or issue as soon as possible.
